MUSEUM CLOSURE NOTICE: The Historic Capitol Museum will be closed Wednesday, September 25, through
Friday, September 27, due to Tropical Storm Helene. We hope to resume normal operations on
Saturday if conditions are safe. Please call the Museum’s main line at 850-487-1902 or monitor our social
media channels to confirm we have re-opened before visiting.
Museum Construction Alert: The Historic Capitol’s Courtyard entrance is currently closed due to Capitol Complex construction.
Scaffolding will also be in place over the steps facing Monroe Street due to the roof replacement project.
The Monroe Street entrance will be OPEN throughout the construction.
